AI & UGC Video Editor – Meta Ads (Remote)

About the role

As an AI & UGC Video Editor for SerlinoLab, you will use AI video generation and user‑generated content to create compelling, high‑performing ads and long‑form VSLs optimized for conversions. You will apply platform‑native editing techniques, integrate direct‑response fundamentals, and work closely with the creative team to continuously improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form, platform‑native eCommerce ads (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) optimized for conversion.
• Use AI tools and UGC to generate engaging video content that drives advertising performance.
• Edit long‑form VSLs with strong pacing, retention, and direct‑response structure.
• Build variations from winning concepts, adding new hooks, pacing, captions, and CTAs.
• Apply motion graphics, on‑screen text, subtitles, sound design, and light VFX as needed.
• Follow creative briefs closely, flag missing inputs, and implement feedback quickly.
• Maintain organized project files, naming conventions, and version control.
• Deliver edits on agreed timelines without sacrificing quality.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and comfort receiving frequent feedback.
• Obsessed with keeping files clean, accurate, and up‑to‑date.
• Self‑driven, organized, and able to take full ownership of processes and outcomes.
• Enjoys building original content and iterating based on performance data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI video generation software (e.g., Freepik, Higgsfield, Elevenlabs, Heygen).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
