Analyst, Expert Analyst and Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for analysts to design, implement and coordinate local and international research projects in areas such as education, welfare, human‑centred security and societal cohesion. The role combines independent research work with teamwork in a supportive, knowledge‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative and/or quantitative studies at national and international level.
• Coordinate data collection, manage datasets and conduct data analysis.
• Prepare research reports, policy briefs and contribute to scientific publications.
• Support project partners and stakeholders throughout the research lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development of evidence‑based solutions for policy making.

Required profile

• Master’s (or PhD) degree in social sciences, education sciences or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods and ability to apply them independently.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Estonian and English.
• High sense of responsibility, precision and ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
• Interest in at least one of the following topics: education & welfare, human‑centred security, societal cohesion & participation.
