Asset and Fleet Management team intern

About the role

Join Omniva’s Asset & Fleet Management team and help us take stock of our assets and prepare them for sale in Estonia. You’ll see how inventory and asset sales work in a large organisation, while taking responsibility for clear, hands‑on tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Go through our premises systematically to identify and record assets.
• Photograph and measure items, and verify that inventory records are accurate.
• Keep asset information organised and up to date.
• Prepare assets for sale by gathering descriptions, photos and other relevant details.
• Respond to questions from potential buyers and coordinate next steps in the sales process.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Omniva to clarify asset details and arrange access when needed.

Required profile

• Proactive approach and willingness to get involved in practical tasks.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work systematically.
• Proficiency in Estonian and working knowledge of English.
• Education in real estate, construction, business or a related field is an advantage.
