Associate Product Manager – Product Academy (12‑week program)

About the role

Join Wise’s Product Academy, a 12‑week learning programme that combines dedicated product‑management training with hands‑on project work. Successful graduates transition into a full‑time Associate Product Manager position within Wise’s product team.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and cross‑functional stakeholders to define problems, design solutions, build, measure and iterate.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from hypothesis and validation through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience in product‑related roles such as product engineer, solution architect or data scientist.
• Proven ability to work with data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strong curiosity about how digital products are built.
• Available to start the programme in March 2027 and unrestricted right to work in Estonia.
