Brand Partnerships Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Brand Partnerships Specialist to join the Odience team. In this role you will identify and onboard new brand partners while nurturing existing relationships to drive platform growth and business success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new brand partners, building strong relationships from the first conversation.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing brand partners, acting as their trusted point of contact and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing data‑driven recommendations to optimize results.
• Research and evaluate new traffic acquisition opportunities to expand brand reach.
• Maintain regular communication with partners, sharing insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including Influencer Partnership Specialists, Product, and Marketing—to develop and execute acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• 1–2 years of experience in online advertising, digital media, affiliate or influencer marketing.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Passion for delivering tailored advertising solutions to meet brand needs.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
