Building Automation Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Building Automation Sales Engineer to support our direct and partner sales efforts. You will work across the sales lifecycle, designing, presenting and implementing technical solutions that match Bisly’s intelligent‑building portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support the commercial team in solution design and translate customer requirements into smart‑building solutions.
• Build and present technical proposals, system architectures and integration plans.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings with developers, engineers, consultants and integrators.
• Contribute to price quotations, technical documentation and tender submissions.
• Act as a technical expert throughout the qualification and deal cycle.
• Tailor presentations and demos for different client personas (real estate, operations, finance).
• Prepare price offers and develop internal quotation tooling to streamline quote preparation.
• Provide technical support during implementation hand‑over and collaborate with delivery teams to resolve post‑sale issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years in building‑automation solutions engineering, technical consulting or a related role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Estonian and English (German or Russian a plus).
• Strong understanding of smart‑building technologies and the competitive landscape.
• Proven experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles.
• Ability to teach and adapt technical content for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Preferably a degree in engineering, building automation or a related technical field.
