Business Development Manager - MENA

About the role

Product Impact is a product management consultancy that works with tech scale-ups and startups such as Tier Mobility, ImmoScout24 and DoxyMe. It is hiring a Business Development Manager for a remote contract role covering the MENA region. The manager builds and maintains client relationships, identifies new business opportunities and drives sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Increase the reach and impact of Interim Product Management services by acquiring new clients
• Maintain client relationships and take part in industry events
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans, conduct market research and present solutions to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Work with the team to test and improve prospecting strategies
• Coach Product Managers on client relationship building
• Build strong partnerships with clients and internal teams
• Lead initiatives that improve team performance, client satisfaction and long-term profitability

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development, sales or account management
• Experience in the tech industry and knowledge of product management
• Experience working with tech scale-ups and startups
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
• Ability to work independently and remotely; self-motivated and results-oriented

Required skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with CRM software
