Business Development Partner

About the role

Eventso is an early‑stage Estonian marketplace that connects people planning weddings, birthdays, private parties and corporate events with local service providers. As a Business Development Partner you will help bring new local businesses and talented individuals onto the platform, even if they have never worked in events before.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach local bakers, cooks, florists, hairdressers, photographers, musicians, decorators and other creatives in Tallinn and explain how they can earn from private celebrations.
• Assist vendors in completing a quick sign‑up (about 10 minutes) and building a full profile on Eventso.
• Meet potential vendors at markets, fairs and community events to build relationships.
• Produce short video spotlights with vendors for Eventso’s social channels, appearing on camera yourself when needed.
• Collect and share vendor feedback to help improve the product.

Required profile

• Fluent in Estonian and good English (Russian is a strong plus).
• Enjoy speaking with business owners both in person and by phone.
• Confident approaching corporations for partnership opportunities.
• Comfortable on camera and familiar with creating short‑form video content.
• Knowledge of Tallinn’s local business, creative or event scene, or a strong desire to learn it.

What we offer

• Fixed payment of €200 per month.
• €50 bonus for every 10 verified vendors you bring in, up to 500 vendors.
• 10 % of Eventso’s fee on bookings from your vendors for 12 months after each vendor’s first booking.
• Event tickets and material costs covered for approved events.
