Business Systems Security Analyst
Wrike · Tallinn
Job description
About the role
Wrike is hiring a Business Systems Security Analyst to strengthen visibility, governance and risk understanding of its business systems estate, which runs on Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft and a growing set of integrated SaaS tools. The role sits in Wrike's 15-member global Security team, reporting to the Head of Security Operations and working with RevOps, Marketing and Legal.
Key responsibilities
- Own security for business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo and Salesloft, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes and integrations.
- Build and maintain visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it is there and how it flows between tools.
- Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how platforms are configured, extended and connected to third-party services.
- Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure systems handling personal data meet privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
- Follow up on data-flow and permission questions until the answer and its implications are clear.
Required profile
- Primary expertise in Salesforce administration and business systems security; depth in the main domain matters more than breadth.
- Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity.
- Able to communicate precisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum.
- Standout qualities: certified Salesforce Administrator, Security+ or ISC2 CC (or equivalent), experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations, and exposure to data security posture management or data classification in SaaS environments.
Required skills
- Salesforce administration with a security lens (permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, integration patterns)
- OAuth integrations and connected apps
- Working knowledge of GDPR and CCPA
What we offer
- 28 calendar days of paid vacation and 5 paid uncertified sick days
- 18 weeks maternity leave and 4 weeks paternity leave
- Health insurance for employees and dependents, and a life insurance plan
- Utility allowance of 30 EUR per month (subject to taxation) and a fitness plan of 800 EUR per year
- Full remote work with on-demand access to a co-working space
