Buyer – Procurement Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Buyer to join our Shared Services Center in Tallinn. In this role you will support procurement operations for the Nordic region, ensuring smooth supplier collaboration and timely delivery of materials.

Key responsibilities

• Connecting supplier orders with customer needs
• Creating and managing purchase orders
• Checking supplier invoices
• Communicating with internal and external partners
• Monitoring timely delivery of materials

Required profile

• Prior experience or education in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement
• Good knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of SAP or other procurement systems is an advantage
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Strong team player with ability to engage and communicate effectively
• Willingness to take initiative and accept new challenges
