Co-Founder – E-Waste Recycling Startup

About the role

Landlele, founded in 2020, delivers renewable energy and energy efficiency products and services, and is now moving into e-waste recycling. It is looking for a co-founder to join as an equal partner in shaping the product vision, growth strategy and daily operations, with a focus on technological development, commercial and partnership development, and sourcing of financial partners.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience of or strong interest in startups, cleantech or the circular economy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, take ownership and operate with limited structure and resources.
• Fluency in English; additional North European languages are an advantage.
• Location preferably in the Nordics or Baltics; remote work is also possible.
• Estonian e-Residency card, or willingness to obtain one, needed to set up the company in Estonia.
