Consultant - Strategy & Growth

About the role

Civitta, an international management consulting, funding and digital solutions company with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries, is hiring a Consultant in Strategy & Growth in Estonia. The role supports private sector clients in growth strategy, market entry, M&A and business planning, working on analytical projects that shape company direction.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in problem-solving sessions (internal and external) and propose and justify solutions
• Analyse client business needs and design models to identify growth opportunities and strategies
• Carry out desk research, analyse data and build financial models
• Turn findings into reports and communicate thoroughly with clients

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance or a related subject
• Strong analytical skills, natural curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Comfortable with English as the main working language, spoken and written
• Fluent in Estonian

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Data visualization is an advantage

The final monthly salary ranges from 1,900 EUR to 2,500 EUR gross, depending on experience and assessment.
