About the role
This hands‑on content leadership position is responsible for growing the organic visibility and business impact of two digital brands. Based in Estonia, you will own the full content lifecycle—from strategy and editorial planning to production, optimization, and publication—while managing a team of writers and collaborating across design, development, sales and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategy and editorial calendar for both websites, prioritising service pages, industry articles, case studies and landing pages.
- Recruit, brief, manage and review writers and editors, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Oversee the entire content lifecycle, including research, expert review, design, SEO validation, approval, publishing and ongoing optimisation.
- Maintain website content via the CMS, guaranteeing accuracy, accessibility, mobile‑friendliness, proper metadata, links, imagery and calls‑to‑action.
- Lead SEO strategy: keyword and competitor research, content audits, on‑page optimisation, internal linking and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate technical SEO tasks with developers (crawling, indexing, redirects, Core Web Vitals, structured data, migrations).
- Manage ethical link‑building and digital PR initiatives to earn authoritative coverage.
- Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate workflows while retaining human oversight and fact‑checking.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing website content and delivering measurable organic‑search improvements.
- Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a focus on clear, persuasive American English.
- Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑collaboration abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Hands‑on capability to research, write, edit, optimise and publish content personally.
- Full‑time availability with consistent overlap with US Eastern Time.
Required skills
- SEO (keyword research, on‑page and technical SEO, content audits).
- Content Management Systems (CMS) for publishing and maintenance.
- Analytics and SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, other SEO platforms).
- AI‑assisted content creation tools.
What we offer
- Full‑time remote position with flexible working hours.
- Ownership of content strategy and SEO operations across two websites.
- Opportunity to lead and develop a team of writers and editorial contributors.
- Cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, sales, design, development and subject‑matter experts.
- Exposure to international audiences and multilingual digital‑content environments.
- Use of modern SEO, analytics, CMS and AI‑assisted tools as part of a structured growth strategy.
