Content Writer (Remote EMEA)

About the role

A fast-growing AI consumer technology company is looking for a Content Writer to strengthen its content strategy and communicate the value of its products to a global audience. The role is fully remote (CET), starts as soon as possible, and is a 3-month full-time contract with the option to extend. You will write for blogs, website pages, SEO-driven landing pages, product updates and customer stories, working closely with marketing, product and SEO teams.

Key responsibilities

• Write engaging blog articles and editorial content on a consistent schedule.
• Create, optimise and refresh SEO-driven website pages, landing pages and feature descriptions.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists on keyword research, search intent, content planning and internal linking.
• Develop customer stories by interviewing users and turning their experiences into compelling content.
• Identify new content opportunities across the product, community and company, and support launches, campaigns and product updates with the product and marketing teams.
• Write clear release notes and manage the content calendar, monitoring content performance.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or Content Marketing Specialist.
• Exceptional written English and a portfolio showing strong storytelling and writing skills.
• Experience producing content for consumer-facing products, including blogs, landing pages and website copy.
• Ability to interview users and turn conversations into authentic stories.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several content projects independently; comfortable working alone in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands-on SEO experience, including keyword research, search intent and on-page optimisation.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Nice to have: experience writing about technology, relationships, wellbeing or consumer apps; understanding of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO); familiarity with CMS platforms and content publishing workflows; experience writing product updates, release notes and customer success stories.
