Customer Growth Specialist

About the role

The Customer Growth Specialist will own retention and expansion for an assigned segment of smaller video businesses. You will design and deliver scalable coaching programs, use data to spot at‑risk accounts, and advise on pricing, packaging, funnels and retention. This is the first role of its kind, building the playbooks and operating model for future scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Own gross revenue retention and expansion for the assigned customer cohort.
• Identify recurring growth barriers and develop scalable coaching approaches.
• Design and run group coaching sessions, workshops, webinars and asynchronous experiences.
• Analyze retention curves, funnel performance and cohort behavior to measure impact.
• Share insights with Product and Customer Success teams to improve the overall experience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in coaching, consulting, customer success or digital marketing with ownership of business outcomes.
• Proven track record helping online businesses, solo founders or small teams grow revenue.
• Strong facilitation skills for group sessions, workshops and webinars.
• Comfortable working with AI tools (e.g., Claude) for research and content creation.
• Resilience delivering honest feedback and high ownership in ambiguous environments.
