Customer Operations Specialist (Finnish language required)

About the role

As the Customer Operations Specialist you will ensure borrowers receive timely and accurate support while maintaining service quality and compliance. You will collaborate with product, compliance/AML and collections teams to optimise processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Address customer queries via approved channels, troubleshoot errors and escalate trends with solutions.
• Translate and proofread borrower product content to ensure accuracy across languages.
• Drive process improvement, update guides and document recurring issues.
• Monitor feedback and complaints, work with cross‑functional teams to improve satisfaction.
• Handle debt collection, AML screening, GDPR tasks according to priority.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support processes, audits and business requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English.
• Strong structured problem‑solving and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer‑centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in fintech or related financial services.
