Customer Success Specialist – EMEA & APAC

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support our event organizers across EMEA and APAC. You will own a portfolio of customers, guide them through the Brella platform, and help them achieve measurable event outcomes while fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customers, ensuring successful implementation of Brella and achievement of event goals.
• Lead onboarding, training, and consulting sessions via Zoom and Google Meet.
• Assist customers in defining event objectives, KPIs, and tracking measurable results.
• Become a Brella product expert, providing practical advice and resolving technical and business questions.
• Build strong relationships through proactive support, best‑practice sharing, and deep understanding of each customer’s needs.
• Identify recurring challenges and collaborate with the team to improve the overall customer experience.
• Work with Key Account Managers to support retention and drive account expansion.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and use data to guide success activities.

Required profile

• Experience in event planning, the events industry, or hospitality.
• Excellent spoken and written English, able to advise both native and non‑native speakers.
• Proven customer‑facing experience in an international environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Proactive, empathetic, and collaborative work approach.
