About the role

Energiapartner OÜ is looking for an experienced Electrical Works Project Manager to lead large‑scale projects that shape Estonia’s energy infrastructure. You will have decision‑making autonomy and the chance to influence the development of solar parks and energy storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate projects from preparation through hand‑over.
• Develop project budgets, material, resource plans and monitor costs.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, designers, clients and grid operators.
• Organise installation teams and required equipment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and construction diary.
• Ensure compliance with health‑safety, quality and construction regulations.
• Use company project‑management software for reporting.

Required profile

• Higher education in electrical engineering (preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in the electrical or construction sector, e.g., as project manager, site manager or senior electrician.
• Familiarity with medium‑voltage, high‑voltage and energy‑storage projects is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation construction and ability to read project drawings and technical schematics.
• Experience in work planning and budgeting.
• Proficient use of Microsoft 365; experience with Odoo or Bauwise is a plus.
• Fluent Estonian and at least B2 English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
