Energy Control and Command System (ECCS) Design Expert

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Energy Control and Command System (ECCS) Design Expert to lead the ECCS engineering effort for a strategic infrastructure project in Estonia. The role reports to the ECCS Design Manager and will be the primary technical authority for the country.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all Estonia‑specific ECCS issues and report to the ECCS Design Manager.
• Assist the ECCS Design Manager in developing both the generic and detailed designs.
• Lead, mentor and supervise a local team of designers to produce the application design for Estonia.
• Ensure all designs comply with Estonian legislation, national standards and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of verified experience in ECCS design with responsibilities equivalent to those described.
• Professional proficiency (CEFR B2 or higher) in English and Estonian.
• Valid local Estonian certificate for ECCS design to be submitted for the ENE Engineer’s Statement of No Objection.
• Full‑time availability, permanently located in Estonia and not employed on any other project during the contract.
