Event Design & Production Specialist

About the role

As an Event Design & Production Specialist at PSI, you will create and deliver polished visual assets for corporate and project events, trainings, and meetings worldwide. You will ensure that every visual element aligns with the company’s brand standards and supports high‑impact communication.

Key responsibilities

• Design and format visual materials for corporate and project events.
• Prepare presentations, digital assets, and signage for meetings and trainings.
• Coordinate basic AV needs and manage digital event platforms during live events.
• Maintain and update event templates, branded assets, and digital libraries.
• Work with external vendors to guarantee timely, high‑quality delivery of printed and digital materials.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or event production.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
