Family Assistant / Household Manager

About the role

We are a warm, friendly family living in Peetri, near Tallinn, seeking a dedicated Family Assistant / Household Manager to become an integral part of our daily life. This full‑time, long‑term position supports a busy household with children, including an infant, and ensures a comfortable, well‑organized home environment.

Key responsibilities

• General cleaning and organisation of the house.
• Meal planning and preparation of healthy meals.
• Providing childcare for two children and an infant, including daily routines, walks and school drop‑offs/pick‑ups.
• Laundry, ironing and overall household organisation.
• Running occasional errands and supporting the family with day‑to‑day tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a nanny, family assistant or housekeeper.
• Experience caring for infants and young children.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record; driving is essential.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Excellent references.
• Fluent Estonian and good English preferred.
