Finance Planner & Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A professional to provide accurate financial analysis and reporting, support planning and forecasting processes, and contribute data‑driven insights to facilitate effective business decision‑making. The role works closely with Business Unit leaders, Accounting and Internal Control teams and reports directly to the CFO.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing business plans, budgets and forecasts, and contribute to financial modelling.
• Perform variance analysis, deep‑dive reviews and translate business strategies into financial implications.
• Ensure accurate monthly closing tasks and P&L statements for assigned Business Units.
• Prepare financial performance reports, track key indicators (Revenue Growth, ROCE, OPEX) and trigger alerts for deviations.
• Develop financial models and present data‑driven solutions to support strategic decision‑making.
• Participate in risk management, internal control and compliance with group standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related quantitative field.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, performance analysis and accounting principles.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet software (Excel / Google Sheets) and familiarity with financial modelling and data storytelling.
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal communication, collaboration and decision‑making abilities.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel occasionally within the Baltics.
