Founders Associate – Remote, Estonia

About the role

A fast-growing social content agency serving leading brands and scale-ups across the DACH market is looking for a Founders Associate based in Estonia. The role works directly with the founder, with significant autonomy from day one, and covers sales, operations, marketing and business development in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the founder on strategic priorities and operational projects
• Take independent ownership of key projects across several business functions
• Build, optimize and document internal processes to support scalable growth
• Coordinate activities between teams and keep projects on track
• Research new business opportunities, potential partnerships and emerging markets
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions
• Support customer relationships, sales initiatives and other business-critical activities

Required profile

• Proactive, resourceful and entrepreneurial, comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in sales, marketing or business development is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects
• Full-time availability and commitment to the business's growth
