FP&A Analyst (Group Payroll)

About the role

As an FP&A Analyst focused on Group Payroll, you will improve the accuracy, transparency and understanding of payroll and workforce costs across the organisation. You will deliver high‑quality financial analysis and reporting that helps finance and business leaders track payroll performance, cost drivers, trends and variances.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse group payroll and workforce costs, identifying trends, drivers and variances.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for salaries, bonuses, taxes, benefits and other personnel expenses.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual variance analysis with clear commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Reconcile payroll, headcount and financial data across systems, investigating discrepancies and improving data quality.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools and ad‑hoc financial models for group‑level and country‑level payroll KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling or payroll finance in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Pigment.
• Experience with Workday.
• Experience with Looker.
• Experience with Tableau.
