Frontend Software Engineer – Studio Team

About the role

Restream is looking for a Frontend Engineer to solve complex challenges and build world‑class products. You will create new features, develop the user interface, and improve system reliability while collaborating with a small, high‑impact team.

Key responsibilities

• Craft beautiful interfaces and interactions in Restream web services.
• Design and implement UI and business logic for new and existing features.
• Partner with product designers to build user‑friendly UI/UX.
• Give and receive code review feedback within the team.
• Maintain a pulse on emerging technologies and discover hidden opportunities.

Required profile

• Scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude that delivers high‑quality projects quickly.
• Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and focus on excellent user experience.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ECMAScript specifications.
• Expertise in React and major state‑management systems.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SASS.
• Basic backend skills: Node.js, REST APIs, relational or NoSQL databases.
• Comfortable with TypeScript, MobX, AWS, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and continuous deployment workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑directed, analytical, and effective in a team environment.
