Full‑Stack Software Engineer

About the role

DefSecIntel Solutions is looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer to join its Server Team and help evolve the command‑and‑control web‑service ecosystem behind its defence and security products. You will work across backend and frontend services, focusing on real‑time data, maps, system integrations and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features across the Node.js, Svelte and GraphQL stack.
• Build functionality for map rendering, data visualisation and connected devices.
• Standardise APIs and data exchange between systems while improving application performance.
• Investigate production issues using system data and continuously improve the codebase and architecture.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Platform and QA teams to define solutions and drive technical discussions.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Node.js, Express.js and solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
• Experience with non‑relational databases, preferably MongoDB.
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS and a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue or Angular.
• Practical experience with Docker, Git and automated testing (unit and end‑to‑end).
