General Manager, Bolt Food Estonia

About the role

Bolt Food is looking for a General Manager to lead its delivery business in Estonia, a fast-paced market where Bolt already holds significant market share. The role focuses on winning from a position of strength: defining the long-term vision, building and coaching high-performing teams, and driving execution. It sits within a central and regional support structure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale Bolt Food in Estonia across commercial, operational and strategic dimensions.
• Own the P&L line by line, driving revenue, improving margins and ensuring strong unit economics.
• Define the growth path from 50%+ market share through user segmentation, merchant prioritization and a differentiated value proposition.
• Build and develop teams in Strategy and Operations, Sales, Account Management, Courier Operations and Stores.
• Set sharp OKRs, align cross-functional teams and ensure delivery against priorities.
• Use AI and data tools (Mixpanel, Looker, Google Sheets) to identify levers, track performance and iterate quickly.
• Work with central and regional stakeholders to unlock support and drive impact.

Required profile

• Ideally 4+ years of experience in general management, revenue development or a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong commercial instincts, analytical and data-driven, with a bias for action.
• People leader able to hire, coach and inspire teams.
• Experience in a matrix structure, influencing across regions and levels without direct authority.
• Fluent Estonian and English.

Required skills

• Comfortable with AI tools, dashboards and spreadsheets.
• OKR setting and P&L ownership.
