General Manager – Ride-hailing Business (Estonia)

About the role

We are looking for a leader with genuine general management experience to head Bolt’s Estonian ride‑hailing business. You will own the P&L, build high‑performing teams and drive growth while ensuring sustainable profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of the Estonian ride‑hailing business, balancing growth with profitability.
• Maintain marketplace health – driver supply, pricing competitiveness, ETAs and rider experience.
• Build and develop a top‑tier local team with a culture of ownership.
• Drive driver engagement through earnings, support, loyalty programmes and partner relationships.
• Improve rider satisfaction, reliability and retention via data‑driven initiatives.
• Represent Bolt with regulators, public affairs and media, shaping the operating environment.
• Identify and pursue partnerships and business‑development opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven general‑management or senior‑operations experience in high‑growth or marketplace environments.
• Strong P&L ownership and commercial acumen with understanding of unit economics.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and ability to execute quickly.
• Track record of building and leading high‑performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and external communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Fluent English; Estonian is a meaningful advantage.
