Head of People

About the role

Bob W is building a new kind of stay that blends five‑star comfort, local flair and sustainability. As Head of People you will lead the most senior People function, reporting to the COO and shaping culture as the company scales across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the People function—including People Ops, Office Management and Recruitment—into a lean, mission‑driven team.
• Embed company values across all people processes and partner with leaders to evolve culture.
• Own end‑to‑end People operations: recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, total rewards, employee relations and compliance.
• Build scalable frameworks for career development, compensation and a best‑in‑class L&D programme.
• Partner with senior leadership on organisational design, strategy and M&A, ensuring compliance with local labour laws in every market.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level People leadership in a high‑growth, international business, building teams and processes from scratch.
• Experience owning People functions across multiple countries and legal entities, with ability to quickly master jurisdictional employment law.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a lean environment and navigate ambiguity.
• Communicates with empathy, clarity and confidence; coaches rather than commands and builds trust at all levels.
• Fluent in English and authorised to work in Estonia.
