Head of Product Management (FinCrime Platform)

About the role

Salv is building an intelligence‑led platform to fight financial crime across AML and fraud. As Head of Product Management you will sit on the leadership team, report directly to the CEO and own the full product portfolio, including Screening & Monitoring, Risk Assessment, the Bridge intelligence‑sharing network and the emerging agentic AI layer.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise the product portfolio across AML and fraud lines, turning ideas into testable hypotheses with clear kill criteria.
• Lead and grow the product function (currently one PM and an engineering team) and embed a ship‑measure‑decide‑kill discipline company‑wide.
• Make strategic decisions on the agentic AI thesis – commit, kill or stage development.
• Represent Salv’s value proposition with customers, in RFPs and on stage.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and compliance to deliver B2B SaaS solutions in a regulated environment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Product, VP, Director or senior Principal PM).
• Proven track record building B2B SaaS products in regulated sectors such as fintech, AML, fraud prevention, KYC/compliance, insurance or healthcare.
• Experience scaling multi‑product portfolios from early‑stage (<30) to growth (>100) headcount companies.
• Strong analytical mindset – able to back trade‑off decisions with data and experiment results.
• Fluent English; EU regulatory knowledge (PSR, AMLR, DORA, GDPR) is a plus.
