HSE Practitioner – Paid Internship

About the role

ABB is looking for an HSE practitioner for its Morion Service business unit in Tallinn. This is a paid 3-6 month internship reporting to the Service Manager, where you will gain practical experience through daily tasks under a mentor's guidance while supporting ABB's activities and developing your career.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out health, safety and environment (HSE) risk analyses and ensure HSE processes are implemented effectively
• Monitor and report on HSE performance indicators, incidents and sustainability results
• Ensure compliance with ABB standards and local HSE requirements
• Promote continuous improvement and build a strong HSE culture
• Ensure compliance with HSE training, equipment and control system requirements
• Plan and deliver HSE projects, including goals, resources and reporting

Required profile

• Studied health, safety and environment or a similar field
• Motivated to improve workplace safety and interested in sustainable environmental initiatives
• Systematic and structured approach to work and problem solving
• Fluent Estonian and English; Russian is an advantage

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
