Implementation Manager

About the role

Tuum is seeking a proactive Implementation Manager to join its Tallinn team and drive successful deployments of its next‑generation banking platform. You will work closely with customers, internal technical teams and the sales function to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of Tuum’s API‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and manage day‑to‑day project operations to deliver client implementations on schedule.
• Identify bottlenecks early, manage scope changes and mitigate risks that could affect timelines.
• Communicate regularly with both internal technical teams and external client stakeholders.
• Support sales in scoping projects, map client requirements and plan deployments to customer environments.
• Conduct requirement workshops, demos, training sessions and guide clients on best practices for API integration.
• Prepare project status reports and contribute to continuous improvement of the customer journey.

Required profile

• Previous experience delivering software implementation or project management engagements.
• Comfort reading RESTful API documentation, JSON payloads and performing basic troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Passion for helping customers and delivering an excellent experience.
