About the role
The People and Organizational Culture Manager will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning people development with the company’s growth objectives across Estonia and the wider Baltic region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a people and culture strategy that supports business goals.
- Plan workforce and competency needs to ensure the right talent for growth.
- Lead talent, succession and career development initiatives.
- Advise managers on team development, performance management and employee engagement.
- Shape compensation, recruitment and talent retention practices.
- Manage a small local HR team and collaborate with regional and European HR units.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR manager or partner, acting as a strategic advisor to leaders.
- Proven experience supporting a fast‑growing organization and evolving HR processes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR actions to company objectives.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Fluent in Estonian and English.
