Intelligence Investigator (Sales Team)

About the role

This remote position blends intelligence expertise, investigative analysis, and consultative sales. You will own sales opportunities within an assigned territory while helping customers solve complex investigative challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution‑oriented sales conversations that combine commercial goals with analytical expertise.
• Own the full sales cycle from opportunity generation to closing and expansion.
• Engage with law‑enforcement, intelligence, financial and cybersecurity customers to understand their investigative needs.
• Translate customer requirements into technology‑driven solutions and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Partner with pre‑sales teams to develop proofs of concept and investigative scenarios.
• Provide market feedback to product and R&D teams and help shape regional sales strategy.

Required profile

• Strong background in intelligence, investigations or analytical roles (e.g., law enforcement, military, OSINT).
• Proven ability to operate in a customer‑facing, commercially oriented environment.
• Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex problems.
• Independent, proactive, adaptable and results‑driven.
• Native‑level English; German is a plus.
• Experience in pre‑sales, solution consulting or technical sales is advantageous.
