Investment Associate

About the role

United Partners is seeking a high‑energy Investment Associate to join its Tallinn office on a full‑time basis. You will focus on identifying, analysing, and recommending investment opportunities across private companies and real estate in the Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities, assessing industry attractiveness, business models and company prospects.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and industry decision‑makers.
• Prepare and present investment memoranda, financial models and valuation analyses.
• Conduct due diligence, including industry research and financial analysis.
• Monitor existing investments and support portfolio companies with additional analyses.
• Prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a STEM field.
• High degree of intellectual curiosity and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Expertise in financial modelling and analytical work.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Estonian.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
