IT Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Administrator to join Proekspert’s IT Support team. The role involves maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical assistance, and ensuring optimal performance of computer systems, hardware and software across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop work environments, computer systems and networks.
• Maintain internal services such as security tools, applications, servers, email systems, workplace equipment and SaaS/IaaS platforms.
• Set up and manage user accounts, access permissions and enforce information‑security policies.
• Create and maintain documentation and a long‑term IT development plan.
• Monitor the IT budget and provide prompt technical support, logging incidents in the help‑desk.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator or in a comparable role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Estonian.
