Junior Web Developer – Baltic Web Development & Content

About the role

Join Swedbank’s Baltic Web Development & Content team to help develop and maintain the internet bank for the Baltic region. This one‑year traineeship offers hands‑on experience in front‑end development, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and continuous improvement of digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Continuous front‑end development and improvement of Swedbank’s internet bank services.
• Collaboration with internal marketing, sales, product, and other business and IT units.
• Implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Continuous improvement of user experience.
• Regular content changes.
• Bug and error fixing.
• Attend a one‑year traineeship program.

Required profile

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript, GitHub, Jenkins, IntelliJ (or other IDE).
• Some practical experience with web development.
• Good networking and communication skills.
• Stress tolerance combined with high motivation and perseverance.
