About the role

Join RE Kinnisvara, a leading Estonian real‑estate company with 30 years of market experience. As a Real Estate Consultant you will drive property sales and rentals, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls, present property listings, prepare offers and contracts, and close transactions.
• Leverage the existing portfolio of clients and properties to generate sales from day one, while actively prospecting new buyers and sellers via phone and email.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships, monitor public property offers, and analyse the client base for opportunities.
• Lead negotiations, organise property viewings, document communications, and ensure accurate preparation of sales and lease agreements.
• Manage and expand the portfolio of properties, represent all parties professionally, track qualified leads, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure high client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Project‑oriented mindset with consistency in meeting promises and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong digital literacy and a solid understanding of economic principles.
• Proven sales experience with private or business clients and good knowledge of the real‑estate market.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team, with effective time‑management skills.
