About the role

We are looking for a Glass Molding Machine Operator to ensure the production of high‑quality glass packaging and keep the molding machines running smoothly. The role involves handling defects, setting and changing molds, and participating in material changeovers while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce glass packaging that meets quality standards.
• Eliminate defects, set up molds, and change molds as required.
• Participate in material and spare‑part changeovers.
• Maintain accurate production reports.
• Keep tools and workstations in good technical condition and ensure workplace cleanliness.

Required profile

• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn a completely new field.
• Ability to understand instruction material in Estonian.
• Basic communication skills in Estonian.
