About the role

Harju Elekter is looking for a Communication Partner to cover parental‑leave replacement. You will support internal and external communication, strengthen the employer brand and increase the company’s visibility while working closely with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop internal communication strategies and content.
• Create and manage content for the intranet, social media channels and career pages.
• Lead employer‑branding initiatives and maintain the corporate style guide.
• Organise employee‑focused events, campaigns and internal initiatives.
• Participate in international marketing and communication projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in marketing or communication.
• Fluent in Estonian and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to produce clear, persuasive texts tailored to target audiences.
• Proactive, creative and well‑organised.
• Experience implementing communication plans and collaborating with multiple partners.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design software).
• Canva.
