Lead Instructor – Enterprise Training (Remote)

About the role

This remote position leads engaging, hands‑on training for enterprise teams adopting a new retail promotion planning and optimisation tool. You will guide learners through realistic scenarios, teaching the platform via practical workflows rather than feature‑by‑feature demos.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions (10 full‑day and 20 half‑day workshops) to enterprise teams.
• Guide participants through realistic promotional‑planning scenarios using the proprietary tool.
• Explain promotional concepts, terminology, processes and performance metrics such as ROI, sales lift and incrementality.
• Facilitate hands‑on exercises, troubleshoot the tool in real time and adapt delivery to beginners and advanced users.
• Collaborate with the training team on onboarding, dry‑runs, client‑specific tool training and technical setup.

Required profile

• Background in marketing, sales, business analysis or a related field with familiarity with retail promotion terminology.
• Proven ability to learn and demonstrate proprietary software quickly in a live virtual environment.
• Experience delivering hands‑on, virtual workshops for mixed‑skill audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills, with confidence managing a virtual classroom.
• Comfort with troubleshooting technology and adapting to evolving client requirements.

Required skills

• Understanding of retail promotion mechanics and performance metrics (ROI, sales lift, incrementality).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted planning tools and the distinction between automated recommendations and human judgment.
