About the role

Join IKEA’s family‑friendly team as a Playroom Employee in the Kurna village store. You will create a safe, joyful environment where the youngest customers can explore and have fun while their parents shop.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the play area is always clean, tidy and inviting.
• Supervise children, guaranteeing their safety and happiness.
• Assist families at the information desk with a friendly attitude.
• Organise and execute seasonal playroom activities and events.
• Collect customer feedback to support service and product improvements.

Required profile

• Cheerful communicator who enjoys working with children.
• Responsible, calm and attentive, even in stressful situations.
• Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks.
• Fluent in Estonian; Russian and/or English are a plus.
• Willing to work weekends (average 2.5 per month).

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
