About the role

We are looking for an Insurance Sales Specialist to actively promote LHV insurance products. You will engage customers, understand their needs and guide them to the most suitable protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Increase the uptake of LHV insurance products through professional advice and proactive phone sales.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored insurance solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle independently – create personalized offers and draft contracts accurately and promptly.
• Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients, ensuring the sales relationship continues beyond the transaction.
• Collaborate closely with the insurance client‑support and experience teams, seeking continuous improvements to the sales process and client experience.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented and consistent, with a strong understanding of active sales.
• Customer‑centric mindset – listen, understand and propose solutions that truly benefit the client.
• High level of precision, responsibility and effective time‑management skills.
• Positive attitude during busy periods and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent Estonian and Russian language skills, plus strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
