NetSuite Finance Consultant

About the role

Greenstep is seeking an experienced NetSuite Finance Consultant to join its growing team. You will work on a variety of client projects, helping organisations optimise their financial processes and maximise the value of their NetSuite environment. The role combines day‑to‑day support with proactive improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new NetSuite finance modules, configure settings, and validate functionality according to Greenstep’s methodology.
• Analyse client business processes, design integrations, migrate historical data and support cut‑over activities.
• Provide ongoing support, develop enhancements, conduct testing, deliver demonstrations and train end‑users.
• Collaborate with auditors, stakeholders and other Greenstep consultants to resolve technical challenges.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose new tools tailored to client needs.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience in accounting, financial processes and financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite gained through practical implementation work.
• Experience working with auditors and multi‑client environments, preferably in an accounting firm.
• Relevant education in finance, accounting or a related field and fluency in English.
