Notion Expert (Project‑Based)

About the role

We are seeking a Notion Expert to lead a project‑based engagement focused on designing and implementing efficient digital workspaces. The role is fully remote and ideal for a specialist who enjoys turning complex workflows into intuitive, scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing workflows, documentation, and productivity tools to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, build, and optimise customised Notion environments, including databases, templates, dashboards, project trackers, content calendars, CRMs, and knowledge bases.
• Configure advanced Notion features such as formulas, relations, rollups, and permission settings.
• Develop scalable workflows that enhance collaboration and information accessibility.
• Provide documentation, walkthroughs, and training sessions to ensure successful user adoption.
• Recommend best practices, future enhancements, and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience creating sophisticated Notion workspaces, supported by a portfolio or project examples.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently while managing client communication and project delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
