About the role

The Education Quality Specialist will join the Development and Quality Unit of the Teaching Department at Tallinn University of Technology. The role focuses on monitoring the quality of teaching activities and coordinating improvement initiatives that support the university’s programmes. You will work closely with academic staff to ensure that learning outcomes meet the institution’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching activities across programmes.
• Coordinate development projects aimed at enhancing instructional quality.
• Collect and analyse data related to curriculum performance and student feedback.
• Support the implementation of quality‑management solutions at the university level.
• Prepare reports on quality indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on quality assurance.
