People and Culture Assistant

About the role

Playtech is seeking a proactive People and Culture Assistant to support its HR team in Estonia on a parental‑leave cover basis. This temporary role offers the chance to work within a leading gaming technology company, contributing to HR operations and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HRIS data and ensure completeness of records.
• Handle employee documentation, manage vacation and time‑tracking processes.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Assist with compliance activities, including GDPR documentation and data handling.
• Manage content on internal communication platforms and help organise employee events.
• Liaise with vendors regarding orders, deliveries and invoicing.
• Support learning and development initiatives such as training registrations, mandatory training, invoicing and budget tracking.
• Perform various ad‑hoc administrative and operational tasks for the local People & Culture team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR administration or a similar operational role, or relevant education.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Estonian and English.
