• Dig into the root cause of the problem and state it clearly
• Propose solutions and defend them in front of the founders
• Build prototypes and working solutions using code and AI tools
• Test with real users, measure results and improve
• Help build the learning environment of the AI Eesti Academy

Required profile

• Has built something from start to finish: an app, website, automation, tool or project
• Good team fit, fast and out-of-the-box thinking, and comes up with solutions independently
• Technical sense and the nerve to talk to people and ask questions

Nice to have

• Experience with a programming language or no-code tool such as Python, TypeScript or n8n
• Previous user interviews or client-facing work
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor
• A portfolio, GitHub profile or link to something you built

What we offer

• Paid internship of €3,000 net for the three-month programme
• Real responsibility and growing scope after a successful internship, including scaling, marketing and exporting the product work
• Work with large Estonian and Baltic companies, training on AI topics and mentoring from the founders
• An office in the city centre and the chance to stay on after the internship

Applications close on 18 November; candidates submit an application form, CV, photo and a link to something they have built.
