Program Manager – U.S.-Baltic Bridge Fellowship & Global Innovators Academy

About the role

CIEE is seeking an energetic, relationship‑focused Program Manager to launch two new scholarship programmes – the U.S.–Baltic Bridge Fellowship and the Global Innovators Academy – initially in Estonia and later across the Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inquiries, conduct virtual consultations and guide applicants through the selection and enrollment process for both programmes.
• Advise participants on eligibility, visa preparation and pre‑departure requirements, and coordinate with U.S. operations teams.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with secondary schools, universities, government agencies, chambers of commerce, career centres and host companies.
• Collaborate with host organisations to design training plans, support onboarding and gather market intelligence.
• Work with the Senior Manager and marketing team to execute local recruitment campaigns and collect participant stories for marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, international relations, education or a related field.
• Approximately five years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, international education, HR or account management.
• Proven ability to manage a consultative sales process with multiple touchpoints and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage several priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Preferred: background in international education, internship or graduate recruitment, higher‑education partnerships, or immigration/visa processes.
