Project Controller

About the role

Milrem Robotics is seeking a Project Controller to strengthen its project‑management capability and support the delivery of increasingly complex projects. In this newly created position you will act as a financial partner to Project and Program Managers, providing transparent, reliable and standardized insight into project performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Project and Program Managers on budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Maintain project financial baselines and analyse deviations in cost, revenue, margin and cash flow.
• Identify financial risks, assess the impact of changes and provide clear recommendations.
• Develop standardized project financial reporting, KPIs and portfolio‑level visibility.
• Improve controlling processes, templates and forecasting practices.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT/Data stakeholders to enhance data quality, dashboards and automation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project controlling, financial controlling, management accounting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost management and financial analysis.
• Good understanding of accounting fundamentals and how financial data flows through an organisation.
• Experience with complex projects in engineering, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure or other project‑based environments.
• Excellent analytical skills, proactive attitude and strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Fluent English.

• Advanced Excel.
• ERP system proficiency.
• Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
